Our Services

Schoozie provides the following digital solutions for schools and educational institutions:

• Static School Websites: Custom-built, mobile-responsive websites for schools
• Dynamic Websites + CMS: Websites with a content management system for self-publishing
• School ERP Software: Cloud-based school management software including student records, fees, attendance, and more
• Website + ERP Combo: Bundled packages combining website and ERP services

The specific features, pricing, and deliverables for each service are as described on our website and in individual service agreements.

User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or signing up
• Use our services only for lawful purposes related to educational institution management
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised access
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Promotional and offer prices are valid for the period specified and subject to availability
• Setup fees, annual renewal fees, and per-student charges are as listed on the respective plan pages
• Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be outlined in individual service agreements
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice; existing agreements will be honoured at the agreed price

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the Schoozie website - including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and design - is the property of Schoozie and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our website without written permission.

Your Content

Content you provide to us (school information, logos, images, text) remains your property. By sharing it with us, you grant Schoozie a licence to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services (e.g., building your school website).

Websites We Build for You

Websites and software built by Schoozie for your school are delivered as per the service agreement. The underlying code, frameworks, and templates developed by Schoozie remain our intellectual property. Your school-specific content, branding, and data belong to you.

Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

For schools using our ERP software:

• Student and school data entered into the ERP is owned by the school
• Schoozie acts as a data processor and will not access, share, or use school data beyond what is necessary to provide the service
• Data will be returned or deleted upon contract termination as per the service agreement

Service Availability

• We strive to keep our services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (internet outages, hosting provider issues, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control)
• For ERP clients, our support channels (WhatsApp, email) are available during business hours as specified in your agreement

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship as follows:

• By You: You may stop using our website at any time. For paid services, termination terms will be as specified in your service agreement
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make agreed payments after reasonable notice

Upon termination of paid services, we will provide you with your data as outlined in the service agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Schoozie provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
